Originally from Livingston, New Jersey, Kyle Stevens relocated with his family to Johns Creek, Georgia, and then to Peachtree City, where his passion for real estate sparked. Having grown up during the development of Atlanta’s fastest-growing suburbs, he was exposed to the industry’s great possibilities at an early age. The middle son of a global technology sales executive, Kyle developed a keen sense of marketing and sales negotiation throughout his childhood, which propelled him to achieve early success in residential real estate.
