For the last 18 years, Kate has called Atlanta home. She knows the local area well, and she’ll work with you to find your dream home or sell the home you love for the highest possible price.
With two teenage girls currently attending local schools, and having lived in many areas of Atlanta, Kate has a broad knowledge of the public and private school systems in both Fulton County and Cobb County. Over the years, she has performed volunteer work and assisted other parents in understanding the educational capabilities and accomplishments of our schools.
Kate’s background in telecommunications, with roles in sales, account management and project management, has armed her with excellent planning, problem-solving and sales skills – which, if you’ve ever been through a home sales process, are crucial for a smooth experience.
She currently resides in Milton, Georgia with her husband, two daughters and wonderful Golden Retriever, Cassie. As much as Kate loves Atlanta, she admits to having a secret crush on Kiawah Island, SC, where her family vacations every summer.
