As a retired real estate attorney, Evia Golde brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help her clients buy and sell properties. Her legal background gives her an edge in handling all aspects of the real estate transaction, including negotiating price, understanding aspects of contracts and avoiding common pitfalls.

As a 20-year homeowner in historic Brookhaven, Evia has in-depth knowledge about the neighborhoods, schools and lifestyle of the Brookhaven and Buckhead communities. As a member of The Asbell Golde Team, she and her partner Katina tap into decades of experience as they apply in-depth market analysis of the conditions affecting the real values, strengths and weaknesses of properties on both the buy and sell sides of the equation.

Evia relocated with her family to Atlanta 26 years ago. Her sales and marketing focus is centered on helping people make a transition into a new lifestyle, whether that be downsizing, upsizing, relocating or perhaps buying that dream second home. She has a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced when relocating and can help you discover the best neighborhood and home for your move to Atlanta. Her extensive sphere of influence, including family, colleagues and friends across Atlanta, gives her access to a vast network of services and support her clients may need during the real estate process.

Evia is not only passionate about helping people with their real estate needs but also strongly believes in giving back to her community. She is a committed leader and advocate in our city on the issues of human trafficking and helping to protect vulnerable youth. She is the Vice Chair of Wellspring Living, a nonprofit that helps victims of sexual exploitation and volunteers with the United Way of Greater Atlanta. In 2019, she was appointed and proudly serves on the Georgia First Lady’s GRACE Commission that is focused on combatting human trafficking in our state.

This degree of commitment and spirit of giving back to our Atlanta community is reflected in her real estate practice. Evia donates 10% of all her commissions to charities and nonprofits that her clients are passionate about or to nonprofits that are fighting to end human trafficking in our city and state.
