A former sales account executive, Sara Oliveto is a gracious combination of perception, warmth, intuition and attention to detail, with a gift for big-picture thinking and humility in a highly personal, emotional business that serves her clients well in a negotiation.

Formerly in charge of high-volume account management, her corporate background gave her plenty of experience in building relationships. Not only does she understand and value the trust her clients place in her, possessing natural agility with transactions and negotiations, but as a lifelong learner, she has also spent years investing in her skillset. A natural teacher and problem-solver, she pays attention to the process and to people and believes real-life, hands-on experience is the best educator. As a former rower, she knows the power of a team all pulling toward the same objective and is energized by bringing people together, fostering a tight-knit circle of support that allows clients to achieve their goals.

Sara bought her first house at 23, shortly after graduating from the University of Virginia. Showing a gift for foresight and long-range thinking at an age when few people think to invest in real estate, she was able to sell that property and buy a foreclosure in Atlanta. She loves the fact that real estate is a physical product and has always loved looking at, studying and learning about homes, but it was her love of animals that eventually got her into the real estate business, as she met her mentor through involvement in dog rescue.

Having lived in the area since 2005, she enjoys residing and working in Atlanta—the biggest small town in America—and values how connected the community is. Working mostly in the Vinings, Smyrna, Buckhead, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody markets, she is well versed in all aspects of Georgia real estate and goes wherever her clients’ needs take her. A devoted wife and mother, her priority is her family, and when she’s not working with clients, you can find her investing in her two young children alongside her husband Anthony – an executive in the IT staffing industry.
