After earning a degree in communications from Auburn University, she worked in account management for Turner Broadcasting, putting her communication skills to work while honing her knowledge of the Atlanta area.
Her open, approachable personality is what drew her to real estate. People are Mary Marshall’s specialty, and she enjoys establishing relationships with clients that are highly tailored to each individual’s situation. Approaching each transaction as an opportunity to learn about what is important to the people she serves and earn a client’s trust and respect, she specializes in being a connector of people and places. Born and raised in Sandy Springs, Mary Marshall is knowledgeable about all aspects of Atlanta real estate and enjoys going where her resources are needed.
A current resident of Brookhaven, along with her husband and two children, Mary Marshall has known and loved the city throughout multiple phases of her life and is happy to share her home court advantage with others. Intimately familiar with Atlanta’s wealth of hospitality and personality, she feels that the area has much to offer. An ardent dog lover, she volunteers at Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta (GRRA) as an adoption consultant, and when she’s not working with clients, she is likely walking her dogs, supporting her son and daughter’s sports activities, reading, working out or baking.

With best-in-class service and proficiency grounded in a career spanning 20+ years, Beth Boswell uses her industry expertise and intimate knowledge of the Atlanta market to help clients buy, sell, flip and invest with assurance. Clients trust her guidance because, with over $750M in closed sales to date, her proven track record of success speaks for itself.
Involved in real estate both personally and professionally, Beth has been a homeowner and investor in Atlanta since 1990 and purchased her first home at 20 years old. Throughout a career that includes eight years in franchise development and operations for Outback Steakhouse International (where she successfully opened 110+ restaurants in 26 countries) and a role as a Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance agent for State Farm Insurance before that, real estate was a constant passion. Since transitioning to being a full-time agent in 2001, Beth has personally purchased and sold $16M of real estate in the Northeast, Atlanta and the Florida Gulf, maintaining licenses in both Georgia and Florida. Currently, she maintains a personal portfolio of Airbnb properties, raw land and luxury custom builds.
Driven by boundless energy and a passion for real estate, Beth continually seeks to earn the trust clients place in her, exceed their expectations and give back to her community. Active in her community, Beth fosters dogs through Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, coaches youth soccer, is an avid cyclist and competes in Ironman competitions to benefit charities. An avid soccer fan, Beth has been playing since she was four and was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame. When she’s not working with clients, training for competitions or coaching, she might be found relaxing on the beaches of 30A.
