Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Kate studied biology and graphic design at the University of California, Davis. After earning her degree and teaching herself front-end coding, she started her own business and worked in thriving San Francisco and Seattle before making Atlanta her home. Fueled by a desire for meaningful work within a community, she views her transition into real estate as the natural evolution of her career. Informed by a real estate legacy three generations deep, Kate’s entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for new challenges became the catalyst for her journey.

Outside her professional life, she is an active member of the Atlanta Outdoor Club and the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. An avid traveler, she has made memories in places like Nepal, Japan, Greece, Colombia and Hong Kong. When not working with clients, she enjoys and finds relaxation in baking, hiking, reading, astrophysics and yoga.
