Wendy Gay is a global real estate advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty whose background in luxury hospitality, culinary arts and relationship-driven service brings a distinctive perspective to the real estate experience. After decades working in private clubs, luxury hospitality and client-facing leadership roles, Wendy transitioned into real estate to combine her passion for people, architecture and design with her commitment to exceptional service. Her career includes leadership positions within the Ritz-Carlton Club division and several prominent private clubs throughout Metro Atlanta, where she managed high-end events, weddings and member experiences while building lasting relationships across the city.
Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, Wendy studied hotel and restaurant management at the University of New Hampshire before continuing her culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America. She later built a successful culinary travel business, leading luxury food and wine experiences throughout Spain, Italy and France, and taught cooking classes in Roswell for several years. Wendy’s background in hospitality, luxury experiences and customer care naturally translates into real estate, where she is known for making clients feel comfortable, understood and supported throughout the buying and selling process. Her longtime connection to Atlanta, including East Cobb, Indian Hills and surrounding communities, gives her valuable local insight and a strong network of relationships.
Outside of real estate, Wendy enjoys cooking, gardening, travel and exploring architecture and interior design. She and her husband, a therapist who works with Delta Air Lines employees and pilots, enjoy cruising and discovering new destinations together. Wendy also loves fashion and works part time at Chico’s, where she continues building connections throughout the East Cobb community. An animal lover, she shares her home with her two cats, Fernando and Bella.
