Anne joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty as Vice President of the Sky Rise Group, working alongside Michael Bugg, Sr. VP Sky Rise Group.
Anne has specialized in high-rise condominium sales since 2004, and she provides strong leadership and sales support to the Sky Rise on-site sales teams and developer clients of luxury condominiums and townhome projects in metro Atlanta.
Anne’s on-site sales and management skills were fine-tuned from her experience as Vice President of Novare Realty, the exclusive listing company of Novare Group’s condominium developments. While at Novare Realty, Anne led the sales program for all Novare Group’s Atlanta developments and managed a team of 20 sales agents who averaged over $200 million in annual sales.
Before making the transition into sales management, Anne experienced great success selling high rise condominiums and her passion for on-site selling was apparent when she was recognized as Atlanta Board of REALTORS®’s top 20 producers for 2006 with over $17 million in sales and its top 5% in 2007 with $20 million in sales. In December 2007, Anne was recognized as Broker/Agent magazine’s agent of the month and Communities Magazine Top 100 Agents.
Before becoming a REALTOR® Anne pursued a leadership career in education for 13 years as teacher and elementary school Assistant Principal. She has masters in Early Childhood Education from Emory University and Masters in Administrative Leadership from Georgia State University.
