As relocation director, Leigh Massey oversees the company’s corporate and relocation clients.
Leigh began her career in marketing for another Atlanta-based real estate company and soon moved to the Relocation Department, where she managed transactions from client counseling and agent placement to out-of-market firm selection and area orientation. In addition to her role in serving clients, Leigh also worked internally to strengthen agent relations and create strategies to improve production and quality of service. She participated in developing and leading both new and advanced agent training in the areas of new agent orientation, marketing tactics, and managed move business.
When Leigh’s own relocation took her to Washington, D.C., she joined the staff at Worldwide ERC®, the global trade association for the managed-move industry. There, she was instrumental to the organization’s goal of developing business models and best practices for the industry. Drawing on her background in agent training, Leigh assisted in the development of continuing education courses for real estate licensees, and has been an approved continuing education instructor in several states.
Leigh brings a unique appreciation for and understanding of the industry, having interacted with all members of managed move transactions, including transferees, employers, real estate service providers, and relocation management companies.
Leigh is a native of Atlanta, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Georgia, and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
