You drive into work each day.  The parking deck ticket arm works, your designated spot is vacant awaiting you, the elevators function properly, the security guard warmly greets you, the lobby is meticulously clean.   While it might not be something you have time to think about, none of this is by accident;  rather there is a  property management team behind the scenes making sure things work properly so you don’t have to!

For us at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty we are most appreciative to the property management team at Ronus Properties who leases and manages our building, The Forum, here at the Piazza at Paces.  

Working with Bob Anderson, Terri Ellen, Sandra Ware, and their associates, has been seamless; just recently, they were most helpful in assisting in the many logistics of our grand opening party, down to helping us execute the details of welcoming 700+ guests to our new offices.

A well maintained lobby, a security team that seeks to call you by name, this is enough to make working in this Class A+ building a joy, but Ronus Properties has taken it’s role a step further by providing social activities and tenant appreciation events throughout the year.  In the heat of summer it was a great to take a quick break to join fellow tenants for a ice cream social.  In September we all gathered in the courtyard for a catered BBQ lunch!  The property group even made free CPR certification classes available to anyone who wanted to participate.  Thanks Ronus Properties for creating and maintaining the environment that allows us to be successful each day!
